abstract Helm is one of the most frequent and important words in the moral system of the Quran. This research seeks to answer This is the question of how the semantics, scope and examples of the word Halam are presented in the Holy Quran is Analytical descriptive investigation of this problem indicates that the word Halam with the interpretation of Halim, fifteen It has been mentioned many times in the Qur'an, eleven of them as attributes of God Almighty and four as well It has come as one of the characteristics of great divine prophets.Examining the opinions and views of Shia commentators and Sunni also shows under the relevant verses that the meaning of the word Halm in the verses of the Qur'an is patience and not haste It is related to the punishment of the disobedient. The word meek is also associated with other divine attributes such as forgiving, Alim, Ghani and Shakur are together and there is a meaningful connection between them.
